Can I pick up my order from your store?

Of course! Before the completion of the purchase, you can choose the free option to pick up your order from our store (Lykourgou 8, Neo Psychiko). (Since stores are open and store pickup is allowed) In this case cash on delivery option is not available.

 

Do you ship outside Greece?

Of course! Our wonderful products can be sent everywhere! We ship worldwide with the help of DHL, shipping costs are 25 euros.

 

 What is the shipping cost?

  • Express Delivery Service – Delivery within Attica (Central, North & South) up to 1-2 business days at a cost of 5 euros
  • Within 2-3 working days with ACS (The fee is 3.5 euros)
  • Free delivery with the ACS option for orders over 100 euros!
  • For orders shipped abroad 25 euros with DHL Economy Select (by road)

Orders within Greece (via ACS courier)

Shipping charge for orders within Greece is 3.5 euros.

For orders over 100 euros, the ACS delivery service is free.

 

Orders for the rest of Europe (via DHL courier)

For orders shipped within Europe, packages are shipped with DHL Economy Select (by road) and the cost is 25 euros.

 

Orders outside Europe (via DHL courier)

For the rest of the world, shipping is by DHL Economy Select at a cost of 35 euros.

 

What is the delivery time?

All orders are received and shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

For every order placed before 13:00, Monday to Friday, we send your order on the same day. The delivery date of your order depends on the shipping address and the courier company we work with.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

How do I make a return?

You have a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of your order to return the products you ordered. In order to return a product you need to email us at [email protected]

Products must be returned in their original packaging with labels and any accessories in perfect condition for resale. Therefore, they should not have been worn, washed or in any way damaged.

Return fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. However the costs for your new order are covered by The Wonder Room.

 

Can I return the products in your physical store?

Of course you can return the products in our physical store, provided it is within 14 days of receipt of your order, the product and its packaging are intact, and you have the invoice document.

On this case you can immediately exchange your item with another product or receive a credit voucher redeemable in the store within the next 6 months.

 

What do I do if I receive damaged products?

All products are carefully packaged and shipped in excellent condition. However, if you receive a damaged product or the product is not what you ordered, please contact us at [email protected], sending us photos of the order you received and we will arrange everything, provided it is within 14 days of receipt of your order. We must receive any damaged products within 30 days of purchase. We cannot replace a damaged items after 30 days from when the item was purchaced. If the return is within the time frame we will refund your money within 15 days to your credit card or bank account of your choice in case you had paid with cash on delivery.

 

Seasonal and sale products are non-refundable.

Personalized products are non-refundable and cannot be purchased with cash on delivery.

Cosmetic products are not returned for hygiene and consumer protection reasons.
